I was reminiscing at the iconic, #oldschool disposable (Greek inspired, of course) coffee cups that for some reason scream NYC to me. This is how “liquid diet” was born.

The play around the phrase was derived from how we as humans, are so well programmed to continuously please others before catering to our own selves + personal wellbeing. It serves as a reminder to take care of me first, so that I can then assist others along the way.
